Shared worklists are being built to bring agreed investigation and result workflows into one view.

What's different: Each item is designed to carry its source and version context, its owner, the next action and any visible exceptions.
Intended benefit: Less manual chasing and clearer follow-through.

Accountable ownership

Service and team responsibility, named work owners, authorised delegation and cover are planned.

What's different: Designed to separate who is accountable for an item from who can simply see it.
Intended benefit: Clearer responsibility as people and shifts change.

Accepted handovers

Handover requests with explicit acceptance are designed to keep outstanding work visible.

What's different: Sending a request is kept separate from transferring responsibility.
Intended benefit: Fewer ambiguous transitions between teams.

Microsoft Teams and browser access

Access is planned through Microsoft Teams and through a secure browser workspace.

What's different: Designed to fit the environments clinical teams already work in.
Intended benefit: Less switching between tools during busy work.
Please note: Integration availability will depend on configuration, permissions and validation with each organisation. Clinvela is not a Microsoft partner or Microsoft-certified product.

Communication and notification tracking

Planned evidence distinguishes a submitted notification, its acknowledgement, accepted ownership and the recorded action.

What's different: A sent message is not treated as completed work.
Intended benefit: A clearer understanding of what has actually progressed.

Clinvela Ledger

Verifiable histories are planned that connect communication, accepted responsibility, handovers and recorded actions.

What's different: Authorised reviewers will be able to examine an evidence-backed timeline and verify supported evidence exports.
Intended benefit: More confidence in the integrity of the recorded history, and less effort spent reconstructing events.

Operational visibility

Planned views of outstanding work, ageing items, handover status and process delays.

What's different: Built on the same ownership and status information teams already use in the worklists.
Intended benefit: Helps teams see where attention is needed.

Access and administration

Organisation-specific roles, controlled membership, governed configuration and reviewable activity are planned.

What's different: Designed to support each organisation's local policies. Seniority does not automatically grant access to every patient.
Intended benefit: Access that reflects local governance rather than a one-size-fits-all model.

What's different: Aims to make missing or delayed information easier to spot.
Intended benefit: Fewer silent gaps between systems.

What's different: Images are connected to the responsible team and to the next step.
Intended benefit: Clinical images that lead to action rather than sitting in isolation.
Please note: Device support will be confirmed through testing. Clinvela is not designed to generate or enhance clinical images.

Referrals and specialist advice

Structured requests are planned, with routing, acceptance, advice, follow-up and outcome tracking.

What's different: Each request is tracked through to an outcome, not left as an exchange of messages.
Intended benefit: Clearer coordination across services.

Planned trend analysis, organisation-approved routing and configurable workflows.

What's different: Designed to evolve as evidence from real deployments grows.
Intended benefit: Supports continuous improvement based on local evidence.

What's different: Assistive only. Subject to assessment and human oversight.

Multi-site and cross-organisation coordination

Planned support for locally governed responsibilities and evidence exchange between participating organisations.

What's different: Each organisation keeps its own governance and agrees permissions explicitly.
Intended benefit: Coordination across sites without giving up local control.
Please note: Only applies where participating organisations have agreed the necessary permissions and arrangements.
